Bike to a tonnelerie to watch the craftsmen build and burnish oak barrels for aging the region’s world famous wines.

A tasting in the Côte de Beaune village of Puligny-Meutrachet, an optional visit to the superb Château de la Rochepot, and a tour and tasting at the Morin cellars in Nuits-St. Georges.

Dining in splendor at the 3 star Michelin restaurant Lameloise.

A gourmet picnic of local specialties, including jambon persillé, pâté de campagne and locally produced Chambertin, Cîteaux, Époisses and Soumaintrain cheeses.

A behind-the-scenes visit to our favorite patisserie to learn the techniques of chocolate making and to indulge in pain au chocolat and tarte au citron.

Our routes follow the Route des Grands Crus through such illustrious wine villages as Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard.
