Vilanova is a two-story residence. On the ground floor there is a large room with a ping-pong table, firewood storage and a wash area. On the first floor, there is a living room with fireplace and CD, dining room and a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and electric oven. There are seven double bedrooms, four with queen-sized beds and three with twin beds. It is possible to add two more beds. There are 6 full bathrooms with tub and central heating.
