Global Volunteers needs help to promote the nonprofit Glencree Centre for Reconciliation, which unites citizens from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for intensive workshops to advance peace important work in verdant county called the "Garden of Ireland."

You will be lending a hand beautifying the grounds, painting windows and walls, setting up and clearing meeting rooms and helping the friendly and hard-working staff with day-to-day tasks--indoors and outside. Occasionally, we help with renovation of rooms where volunteers who are plumbers, electricians and carpenters can be especially useful. Some work projects are physically demanding, such as floor sanding and erecting fencing, while others are more administrative, such as filing documents and organizing meeting rooms.
